Help in determining if i am pregnant?

my last period was sept. 1, and i was due to start on the 1st of oct. i am trying to conceive and i have had 2 home pregnancy tests and i doc test. all have been neg. also doc says it may to soon to tell that my body has not produced enough hcg. i am having alot of the signs that i am pregnant. ie queasiness in the morning with dry heaves, wanting eat alot, white discharge, wanting to nap, no period, elevated temp. for more than a week. what do you all think? going nuts in indy
