Hypothesis test question?

A survey of 61,647 people included questions about office relationships. Of the respondents, 26% reported tht bosses scream at employees. Suppose you want to test the claim that more than 1/4 of people say their bosses scream at employees. Calculate the test statistic and round it to two decimal places.
