Pac/mayweather fight?

Do you think that this fight not happening is adding to the hype and anticipation of fans wanting this fight? Now let me explain this a bit, stalling the fight is good business wise in my opinion because thats building anticipation of the fight which equals more money for both fighters. Why should mayweather and manny just take the money they were offered at first when they could make much more by just hyping it up. They both have good fights coming up, if they both defeat their opponent then fans will just want this superfight to happen even more. Mayweather knows how to sell fights, Im pretty sure he will try to make the most of it considering pac would be the guy with the greatest chance of stopping his undefeated run. Sorry for the pac/mayweather question, and dont judge me too harshly this is my first question on here lol:)
