What Would YOU Do? Neighbor's Dog Attacks Your Dog 2 Weeks Ago and Again Yesterday, Has No Shots and Refuses

As the owner of three dogs and a small child, the first thing i would do is make a report to the police. A couple of years ago I lived out in the country and had a large sized lab retriever mix that stayed on our property. Our neighbor had a pit bull uneutered male who came down on two seperate ocasions and attacked our dog. The first time I called the owner and told him what happend and told him that if the dog had to go to the vet he was footing the bill, the second time it happened i called the police made a report, took the dog to the vet billed it to my neighbor. After having to pay the 100+ vet bill the neighbors dog never ended up at our place again. Sometimes at the risk of "friendly neighbors" you have to do what is right. What would have happened if you had a child at your house and your neighbor's dogs came down and decided to attack it. it needs to be stopped soon before worse things happen.
