Do kids have a more mature concept of true love?

I think I know what you mean here. I think a lot of it has to do what has been brought upon us during our lifetime. When we were younger, kids, we'd watch cartoons about love and fairy tail endings. When you get into the later teens, you start to see more adult movies - ones that feature , hooking up, etc. Though, some adults still do have the vision of spending time and relaxing with their loved ones, though, I do see your point that more younger children and earlier teens are like that.
