What is a moisturizer with cocoa er in it?

ive heard cocoa er is better than almond or jojoba oil to fade acne scars. im just wondering, is this true and what kind of moisturizer has cocoa er in it? something with a popular name like st.ives, neutrogena, clear & clear, etc that is under $10. i know neutrogena and clear and clear are cleanser companys but those r just examples.
