What would be a good flat iron to buy?

I have a flat iron but I know it's not real ceramic because the gold part is coming off..I want a good flat iron that will straighten my hair very well without me having to restraighten it many times..I heard CHI or T3 are good but what is something that I could buy from sally's beauty...Or do you know of any websites?
