Why arent there more out there like Rick Sanchez?

Rick Sanchez was a joke when he was in Miami, WTVJ and he hasn't changed one bit, he's still a joke! "Truth" can you define the word as its currently being used by Rick Sanchez, it doesn't mean what the word means in Websters?
