Would not dealing with AGW make everyone poor?

Depends on how you define rich and poor. If I had a couple million dollars but couldn't go outside because of pollution, I'd consider myself as good as being very poor. If taxes go up to 80% to pay for relocation of flooded cities and importation of food since the midwest is too dry to grow food anymore, the 75% pay raise wouldn't do me any good.
