Is the administration going to disregard the Constitution AGAIN?

First of all, thank you for knowing what the real cause of the civil war was. The federal govt. is so far out of touch it's scary. You would think it would be illegal for them to withhold "federal" money as if it belonged to them. Of course they will ignore the Constitution. It does not go along with what they want to do and would cost them power. States rights are a shambles and now the fed is going after individual's rights. It's going to take the people to quit believing that they will get something from the feds and stop voting in the same thing over and over. At least some states are fighting back.
