My bangs don't flow with my hair?

I got them cut a while ago while getting my hair with layers . I put my bangs down [since i always have them clipped up] & noticed they were all uneven & it looks really bad. i'm scared to cut them any shorter cause they are already short oh & there swept side ::bangs that go across my forehead . I don't know what to do ? & They don't really flow with my hair . & They won't stay going to the left. Is there anything I can put in it to make it go the way i wnat to ?
